DLD data shows that there were 6,328 transactions made in the 1st quarter of 2021 for residential properties in Dubai. The value of these transactions is 8.9B. 64% of these transactions were recorded for ready-to-move-in properties. Experts believe that it was due to the fact that the growing demand for bigger homes has led to an increase in the transactions for ready properties.
