The property market in Dubai is booming, and the fact that it just witnessed the deal of the most expensive villa in the past 6 years clearly ascertains this fact.

The deal for this villa was signed at AED 119.5m; thereby, making it the most expensive housing unit to be sold in Dubai since 2015. Before this, One100Palm, also located in The Palm Jumeirah, ranked on top of the list of most expensive villas in recent years in the emirate. It was purchased by a Swiss family at a price of AED 111.25m.

This brand new two-storey villa features seven ensuite bedrooms, a private pool, and manicured garden. It is a fully furnished villa having Italian marble flooring, a crystal bathtub and furniture articles manufactured by European brands. It spans over a massive area of 12, 140 sq. ft. with the plot size being 26,033 sq. ft.

Designed to offer unparalleled luxury, it has an appealing façade and fascinating décor. Residents can have access to a private beach as well. Furthermore, it has an outdoor kitchen along with bar areas. There’s an indoor steam room as well.

This villa is located in XXII Carat Beachfront Community. Part of the most coveted location in Dubai – The Palm Jumeirah, it is a gated community featuring 22 mansions. These properties are designed as per the Mediterranean architectural style and come with an advanced set of amenities, including concierge services, a private beach club and a clubhouse solely dedicated for residents.

The deal was closed in May 2021, as confirmed by the developer of XXII Carat Community. It was registered with DLD in June 2021.

The overall market for villas in Dubai is witnessing a jump. Statistics show that a 25% spike was noted in sales volume for Dubai homes in the 1st quarter. This clearly indicates the market is on the rise, and good times lie ahead for investors.
