If you’re already an art aficionado or starting to grow a healthy liking for works of art that get the senses tingling, then make sure to pencil a day in your diary to visit Art Dubai. The highlight of the region’s cultural calendar, taking place from 21-24 March, 2019, presents works from over 500 contemporary and modern artists from across the world. The fair will be located at Madinat Jumeirah, Al Sufouh Road, Umm Suqeim, Dubai.
What to expect
Art Dubai 2019 will bring together +90 galleries from over 40 different countries, divided across four gallery sections, Contemporary, Modern, Residents as well as the inaugural edition of Bawwaba. The fair’s revamped structure will offer visitors greater access and deeper engagement with artists and galleries from non-Western geographies.
Art Dubai is a leading international Art Fair; it aims to broaden the conversation on art outside of the traditional art centers. The fascinating event achieves this by featuring galleries and artists presenting works from emerging art scenes, exhibited alongside and matching the quality of those from firmly established centers of the art world. This makes for a fair a place of discovery of art from across the Globe.
