Close to the airport, Mirdif is one of Dubai’s most well established and mature developments. A well-connected suburbia with plenty of shops, nurseries, malls and schools, it’s more affordable than many parts of the city even though it has lots to offer.
Being so close to the airport means that Mirdif has a reputation for being noisy, but there are some parts of the area where you can hardly hear air traffic at all. Take a look and visit yourself before ruling it out of your list of possible locations.
